week of lAnGUAGeS And CUlTUReS
The 16th to the 20th of September was a ‘Week of Languages and Cultures’ in
our school. We celebrated all the different cultures we have in our school. We
have a lot of people from different countries in our school. Scotland, England,
Wales, Malaysia, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, the Philippines, Benin, Japan, Spain,
India, Egypt, New Zealand, Germany and lots more. We designed posters
for the week showing people what food they eat, what clothes they wear,
tourist attractions, population, the national flag and where the country is in
the world and many more things. There were also posters up to show people
how to say some basic phrases in about twenty five languages connected to
our school.
