BaSketBall

It has been a great year for sport in the school especially have made throughout the year. We would like to thank
with the success of the first year boy’s basketball team all members and supporters involved and hope that next
which was introduced at the beginning of the school season there will be more basketball teams in the school
year. Much of this work was down to the hard work and with even greater success in 2015.

The season started strong with a victory
over the St Patrick’s College first and second
year team. This great win encouraged more
of the boys in the school to play on the team
and enhance their basketball skills with
the training that took place every Thursday
after school.
Though the season was a mixture of
impressive victories and nail biting losses
which were all hard fought throughout
the season. We may not have made it to
the finals this year but the boys worked
hard during every training session and
match and the school should be proud of
their determination and the progress they
