Technology Trip
We decided to go on a trip to Abbott’s
Nutrition in Cootehill, for Engineer’s week.
We met our tour leader, Daryl who showed
us around the factory. We also completed an
engineering brain teaser, making a bridge
with a certain amount of materials. There
were talks from engineers and members of
staff who were interns from different colleges.
A question and answer session occurred after
that where we could find out more about
engineering life. We really enjoyed our trip
to Abbott’s factory. We were thankful they
gave their time us to tour the factory and
also for their hospitality. Thank you also to Mr.
Patterson and Miss Argue for bringing us.
