London 2015

Last year the transition year class went on their annual 3 day school trip to London.
We were accompanied by Ms.Trenier, Ms. Reilly, Ms. Murphy, Mr. Foudy and Mr.
Kavanagh. We arrived in rainy London early in the morning and went on a London
Bus tour seeing sights such as Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and then went on to
take a spin on the London Eye. The view from the top was phenomenal.
The next day we got to an early start to travel to Thorpe Park, a theme park. After
turning our stomachs on many roller-coasters, we went for a cheeky Nando’s.
While there, we bumped into Jack Jones, a famous social media comedian. We
then walked to the West End to see a musical. It was ‘Wicked’!

On the last day we took a tour of the London Dungeons, which was better than
we expected. We travelled to Westfield Shopping Centre, the largest shopping
centre in Europe, for some retail therapy to finish off the amazing trip.
We would like to thank the teachers who brought us as it was an unforgettable
experience.
