ALL IRELAND BADMINTON COMPETITION 2016.
The Royal School under 16 boys badminton team made
history when they won the Ulster final in Lisburn Co.
Antrim in February 2016. The games were very exciting
and highlighted the excellent skills of the players on the
badminton court.
As a result the winning team went on to gain second
place in Division 2 of the All Ireland Badminton finals in
Gormanstown, Co. Meath.
A huge congratulations to Adam Dunne, Mark Stewart,
Andrew Mc Nally and Kelvin Mc Nally, this was a
marvellous achievement and one which we hope to
repeat in the future.
A big thank you to Mr.Ames who made this possible by
organising all the matches, and accompanying us to the
games along with Ms. Dennigan. Thank you also to Mr
