BADMINTON 2016
This was a very successful Year for both the junior and
senior Royal school Badminton teams thanks to the
dedication of their coaches, Mr. Ames, Ms. Dennigan
and Ms. Glynn, to all the parents involved and of course
the very skilful players.
There was an air of excitement and anticipation at the
annual junior and senior badminton competitions in
Breifne College Cavan which took place in December
2015 and January 2016. The winners and the runners up
received trophies for their achievements.
The junior girls’ badminton winners were Emma Bell
and Katie Dunne. The junior boys’ winners were Adam
Dunne and Mark Stewart with Andrew and Kelvin Mc
Nally bringing home the Plate. Mathew Stewart and
