Read some of the following steps to help you follow in our steps!
20 Easy Ways to Go Greener at Home—Besides Recycling
1. Plant an herb garden.
2. Switch all your lightbulbs to CFLs (or at least switch a few).
3. Use a compost bin.
4. Re ll your plastic water bottle.
5. Wash laundry at 300.
6. Turn o lights when you leave the room.
7. Don’t turn on lights at all for as long as you can—open your curtains and enjoy natural light.
8. Turn o your computer and TV completely at night.
9. Reuse scrap paper for shopping lists.
10. Print on two sides.
11. Fix leaky taps.
12. Line dry your laundry.
13. Make your own household cleaners – google how to do so.
14. Lower the temperature on your thermostat.

economy and charities, and you’ll be saving money.
